Job Description

  • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.

  • Client Management: Build and manage relationships with clients, offering them personalized solutions.

  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals.

  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, progress, and results using CRM tools.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to attract new clients and grow existing accounts.

  • Engage in effective negotiation and deal closing.

  • Maintain a customer-first approach, addressing concerns and offering solutions.

  • Provide consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales or technology solutions.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
